Forum night with Daniel Dyer

Mr. Daniel Dyer is a local attorney that specializes in Criminal Defense.  He of course oversees many other aspects of our laws and is available for these also however for our purposes and the purposes of this Forum night he will be discussing/answering questions on New York State Article 35 which is our Penal Law section tasked with justifying an individuals “Use of Force” rights against another person in defense of self and a third party (someone else).

This is a free forum night as all are and please take advantage of it is possible.  We will have a sign in sheet and would appreciate everyone attending to sign up online if possible however there is no charge as I said.  We will seat as many people as we can (approx. 40) and if needed standing room can be used also…

Folks, here is your chance to ask the guy you want to hire to save your freedom if you ever have to use force in defense of yourself or others.  The session will run from 6:00pm until 9:00pm giving Mr. Dyer breaks as needed.  Dan is a good guy, easy to talk to and full of information that you all need to know.
